Payment is due at checkout and processed securely through trusted third-party providers (lPayPal, Venmo, QuickPay)
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud or inaccurate pricing

Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Glitter Girlies sparkle! Because of the nature of our products (cosmetic and personal-use items), we take returns seriously to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email)

2. Reasons We Accept Returns

We currently only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You experienced an issue with missing items in your order

*Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items, or for buyer’s remorse.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

*Please do not return any items without first contacting us and receiving confirmation.

You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item (if applicable).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receipt.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

Please note:

We do not reimburse original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Glitter Girlies is not responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, follow the return instructions above and mention your preference for a replacement in your email.

We do our best to make sure your sparkle arrives quickly, safely, and with love. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume times (like launches or holidays), processing may take a little longer—we appreciate your patience!

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following options:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your sparkle’s journey to your doorstep.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Weather, carrier issues, and holidays may affect timing.

If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help locate it.

Shipping Errors & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is returned to us:

We’ll reach out to confirm your address
You may be responsible for reshipping fees

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim if this happens.
