🛍️ Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic items, including hair glitters and styling gels. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
We happily accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@glittergirlies.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll guide you through the quick return process!
💫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package.
Send us an email with your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund the item promptly at no additional cost to you.
🎀 Refunds
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
